Trafalgar Square Wednesday 16th October 2019

I took these on the Wednesday16th October 2019 in Trafalgar Square. For about a week before the Extinction Rebellion  had been been gathering and protesting. I hadn't realised that they were still gathering there when I went there.
My plain was to do some street photography and architectural photography round Soho and Covent garden, but instead I ended up staying around Trafalgar Square and shooting pretty much an entire film.
Considering the amount of people there I expected the atmosphere to be more alive then it was. Police vans lined up out side the National Gallery and in front of Trafalgar Square in Charing Cross Road, as there had been problems days before. (But lets not get political here, This is about film photography)
